Individual Counselling and Couples Therapy in Bristol
I am a Counsellor and Couples Counsellor based in Bristol.
I have over 20 years experience working with individuals and more than 12 years experience of couples counselling.
I offer professional support to help you:
• look at issues in your life,
• explore inner feelings and conflicts,
• understand yourself better,
• face life's trials and tribulations,
• tend to old wounds,
• if you come as a couple, to understand your relationship better,
• and work towards living in a more fulfilling way.
My approach is Humanistic and Integrative, Embodied and Relational.
I work either short or long term with individuals and couples and I am experienced in helping clients having difficulties with a wide range of issues including:

• panic attacks
• work-related issues
• sense of self
• illness and ageing
• mortality and death anxiety
• finding meaning in life
• and life generally.
I have a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Working With Couples and am Accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred). From 2009 to 2013 I was a Counselling Tutor at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). Fuller details of my qualifications and training are on the About me page.
My consulting room is located in St Werburghs, within easy reach of central Bristol and easily accessible from the M32 for those coming from outside Bristol.
There is unrestricted parking on the street, as well as provision for locking bicycles inside the front wall, and it is accessible by No. 5 or 25 bus from the city centre.

I have two spaces coming free as from week commencing 5 June: on Tuesdays at 4.30pm and on Thursdays at 10am. (Updated on 25 May 2017.)
